The audio needs to be discreet
but clear and powerful with no hint of feedback. A distributed system for
near-field applications using smaller speakers is an excellent way of achieving
this and we employ the HK VT108 for this purpose due to their exceptional
feedback rejection properties - especially when dealing with stick and tie-clip
style microphones.
Speakers can be 'flown' or pole-mounted around a room and for large arena
events requiring speech reinforcement, MLS employs a Line Array system flown
as a 4x4 or 2x8 configuration. Both set-ups can be augmented with sub-bass
systems for music or FX purposes.
